Renovating this entire home along with adding a lower-level addition to maximize space and functionality, we faced the challenge of creating a modern residence that fully embraces the breathtaking ocean views surrounding the property. With a style goal centered around modern aesthetics featuring black, white, blues, and gray smoked wood, our objective is to infuse every aspect of the home with a sleek, contemporary vibe.

To achieve this, we're overhauling all finishes and fixtures, including furniture and decor, to align with the desired design aesthetic. Collaborating with house architect Chris Light, we are redesigning the home according to the client's modern style preferences and color palette. Through meticulous planning and innovative design solutions, we're working towards creating a stunning modern oasis that seamlessly integrates with its coastal surroundings while offering unparalleled comfort and sophistication.
