RESIDENTIAL PROJECT
In this comprehensive renovation project, we are transforming the entire home and adding an extension to the back. Our clients faced a unique challenge with the existing layout, as the kitchen and family room felt disproportionately small for the spacious home. To address this, our goal was to open up the living area and enclose a courtyard, creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces.
With a style goal of warm, traditional, casual, and earthy, we incorporated elements such as woods, blacks, and creams to achieve the desired ambiance. Our solution involved enlarging the back of the house by four feet to accommodate a new family room and kitchen design, complete with a pantry and new pool bath. Additionally, we created a new dining room and bar area, seamlessly integrating the enclosed courtyard space to enhance the overall functionality and aesthetic appeal of the home.
