RESIDENTIAL PROJECT

We are currently in the midst of a transformative project, renovating an entire home, including exterior finishes and adding an extension to the back of the house. Our scope of work involves installing new windows, doors, finishes, and fixtures throughout the property. One of the main challenges we're tackling is opening up the family room and kitchen to the outside, creating a functional kitchen and wine room, and ultimately crafting a minimalistic, relaxing, modern home.

To address these challenges, we've come up with innovative solutions such as installing new floor-to-ceiling sliding doors and windows, using serene palettes for the finishes, enlarging the house to existing patio posts, and creating a new bathing room complete with a sauna, steam room, and wet room. With each step, we're bringing our vision to life, creating a space that seamlessly blends functionality, luxury, and modern design.
